Jim Chapman, Mike Rickard, and Dan Jones are leading a Volunteer Day in the Orchard this coming Friday, March 18th from 9 a.m. to noon. The guys will be cutting back some of the Lantana and other plants that were affected by the freeze or just need to be removed. This is great day to rub elbows with these knowledgeable volunteers and learn how we maintain the Thicket. We will provide free cold drinks and snacks. Come on over!
Speaking of volunteers, we want to invite you to our first ever Volunteer Breakfast on Friday, March 25th from 9 to 11 a.m. Take a tour of the Thicket and learn new ways to get involved! Anyone interested in volunteering is welcome! Call 956-968-3275 for more info.
