This adult Plain Chachalaca was photographed by Michael Delesantro, summer 2010. Slated to be the signature bird of Frontera's Birdathon 2011 in February, the Chachalaca is most at home in one of the Thicket's fruiting anacua trees. Always "on call" the Chachalaca is sure to make you smile!
